Include these details
Send your myshopify.com store domain, the page or product you were working on, what you expected to happen, and a screenshot if it helps explain the issue. Never send passwords, billing details, or Shopify access tokens.
Billing and cancellation
Plans can be upgraded, downgraded, or cancelled from Ryve's Billing page inside Shopify Admin. If the Billing page is unavailable, email support and include your store domain.
Privacy and data requests
For access or deletion requests, email support from an address associated with the store. Read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for more information.
